The Mayor and Council of the Town of Epes express their grief at the unfortunate and untimely death of William Thomas Hylton Jr. Mr. Hylton was a loved, well known and well respected Council Member of the Town of Epes, who tool a keen interest in the betterment and future of the Town. He was always considered a good friend of the Mayor and the members of Council. His death represents a great loss to the community. Mr. Hylton quick wit and infectious laugh will never be replaced.

The Mayor and Council of the Town of Epes pass this Resolution in honor of the memory of Councilman William Thomas Hylton Jr. They express their sympathy to Mr. Howard Turner Jr., Mr. & Mrs. John Turner Sr. and Mr. and Mrs. John Turner Jr..

A copy of this Resolution shall be made a permanent record of the Town of Epes in honor of the memory of Councilman William Thomas Hylton Jr.
